My mind tends to wander as I drive to work and with almost an hour and a half it can wander far and wide. So last week I’m thinking about dropping my last son off at college which means it’s time to figure out how to make dinner for one.
Time to redo all my recipes for the solo life….humh maybe there’s a cookbook buried in there? a blog and website? and the miles start slipping by.
So after thinking about it a bit and discussing it with my son (who thinks every idea just has to be tied to a new business venture) another project is born.
Now where to start…….
